The Bannerghatta National Park is 22km away from Bangalore and is home for a wide range of flora and fauna. The park is Spread over an area of around 104.27 sq. km. Established in the year 1971, the park is also famous as the country’s first butterfly park. This national park also has attractions like ten Reserve Forests, an aquarium, Children’s park, Snake Park, a zoo, Crocodile Farm, and Prehistoric Animals’ Park. Bannerghatta Jungle Safari is one of the major tourist attractions.
